『CERCLE（セルクル）』とは、英語のCIRCLE（サークル）のフランス語で『円』という意味です。また調理器具でも、側面の枠だけで底のない円形の焼き型のことをさします。
『CERCLE』という店名は、来店いただけるお客様と食材やワインなどを提供してくれる生産者、そしてそれらに手を加えお客様にお届けする我々、この三者の繋がりを大事にしたいとの思いからつけられました。常に皆様に支えられながら、歩んでいることを忘れずに行きたいと思います。

“CERCLE” is the French language of English CIRCLE. It means “yen”. It is a cooking utensil of circular baking type with no bottom with only the side frame.
The shop name “CERCLE” was attached because of my desire to cherish the connection between the customer and the producer, ours, and the three.
While always being supported by everyone, I would like to go on without forgetting that I am walking.

店内に併設されたワインショップから、セルクルの料理にぴったりの自然派ワインをチャージ500円で楽しめます。
パリの食通の間で評判のビストロやレストランには、必ずと言っていいほどオンリストされている自然派ワイン。セルクルではフランスやイタリアを中心に、料理に合うオーナーソムリエ選りすぐりの自然派ワインを約250種類取り扱いしています。店内で販売中のボトルは、チャージ500円でそのままお料理と楽しめるスタイル。その日のおすすめグラスワインと合わせても美味しい時間をお楽しみいただけます。（※店内のワインショップ以外からのお持ち込みのチャージ料は2000円になります。）
Do you know the wine “Vin Nature” aiming for a 100% grape alcoholic drink?
Vin Nature is always in line with Paris’ famous bistro and restaurant. At our shop, we have over 250 kinds of Vin Nature mainly in France and Italy which arrived from a small importer with reliability. Inside the store you can purchase glass wine as well as shop bottle wine and enjoy it with deli and restaurant cuisine. (Charge fee: 500 yen)
