ケータリングとは、弊社スタッフがご自宅または別荘などにお伺いし、その場で調理したものを提供させていただくサービスです。4名様より承ります。

Catering is a service in which our staff will come to your home or villa and provide food prepared on the spot. We accept orders from 4 people.

CERCLE Special Course Starting from ¥10,000 per person (Available for groups of 4 or more. However, the total amount of food must be over ¥60,000)

料理のみで30,000円(税込32,400円)以上のオーダーに限ります。
それ未満の場合は、恐れ入りますが、店舗でのお引き取りをお願い致します。
配達時間は11:00～19:00までとなります。 ピックアップは営業時間内であればいつでもご用意できます。

キャンセル料金
ご注文内容の変更、キャンセルはご利用日の3日前までお受けいたします。 それ以降の変更につきましては、変更・キャンセル料を頂く場合がございます。
＊屋外でのご利用時の悪天候によるキャンセルの場合も適応となります。
・ご利用予定日の2日前～前日　　お見積もり金額の50%
・ご利用予定日の当日　　お見積もり金額の100%

お支払い方法
店舗での清算の場合、現金もしくはクレジットカードがご利用いただけます。 デリバリーの場合は、現金でのお支払いのみとなります。その他のお支払いをご希望の場合はご相談ください。

We accept requests up to 5 days before the date of use. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request during busy periods or if we already have reservations. *Busy seasons include Golden Week, Obon period, Christmas, New Year holidays, etc.

Delivery service area
Limited to Karuizawa town. *Please contact us separately for other areas.
Limited to orders over 30,000 yen (32,400 yen including tax) for food alone.
If it is less than that, please pick it up at the store.
Delivery time is from 11:00 to 19:00. Pick-up is available anytime during business hours.

Cancellation fee
Changes or cancellations to your order will be accepted up to 3 days before the date of use. Changes made after that time may incur a change/cancellation fee.
*This also applies to cancellations due to bad weather when using outdoors.
・2 days before the scheduled date of use – 50% of the estimated amount
・On the day of scheduled use: 100% of the estimated amount

Payment method
When paying at a store, you can use cash or credit card. For delivery, we only accept cash payment. Please contact us if you wish to make other payments.
